THE PROCESS
This is a summarized version of our signature design process. Each process is unique for each service, custom or template based website design.

BOOK
Depending on the scope of the project, we will schedule you for a discovery session with our Lead to learn more about your brand and how we can help you, based on your individual needs. From there, if you're a good fit for our studio, you will receive next steps to moving forward. You will receive: your project proposal, statement of work/letter of agreement, invoice and client-onboarding with your project task list.

STRATEGY
After completing your task list, our design team uses those elements to start the planning of your project to prepare to develop the initial mockup of either your website, branding elements, or other project assets.
Depending on the caliber of your project, you will complete a questionnaire to help us understand your goals, expectations, the flow, your UVP (Unique Value Proposition) and create a blueprint of how you want your audience to interact with your site or assets. The goal is to create a clear pathway of how you want site visitors to navigate to take the necessary actions to reach your CTA (Call to Action).

DESIGN
Our team works in collaboration with you to start the design process of your site or project assets. We take all elements from conversations, your task list, completed questionnaire, goals and direction all to start the visual element of the process - designing. Our team reviews the content that you submitted and may make suggestions to ensure you're communicating as an expert in your field to your target audience.
From there, we’ll make any necessary edits to refine the designs to your needs and goals - with conversations and constant communication throughout the project.

LAUNCH
After we've received approvals, we enter testing. Our team establishes mobile responsiveness, perform various tests to ensure your site is running at optimal level before launch, and index your new site in Google.
Now is finally time to go public with your website, brand, or digital presence with the world. We will provide you with the tools you need to be successful in your launch, offer design tips and how to's to offer you confidence in maintaining and making future edits to your new digital assets.
